Terms:

To secure a date: birthday parties must be paid in full at time of booking.

Cancellations: There will be a 24 hour ‘cooling off period’. Cancellations in this time receive a full refund.
Following ‘cooling off period’ cancellations will receive a 50% refund, up until 24 hours before party start time. Within 24 hours of the party cancellations will receive no refund.

Amendments to the party date may be subject to an additional charge.
